Mark Ronchetti founded the firm in 1987. He has been practicing public accounting in the South Jersey area since 1981. Mark has over 30 years experience in providing tax and accounting services to a diverse client base, located throughout the country.
Mr. Ronchetti's clientele includes professional services (doctors, dentists, architects, attorneys & insurance agents and brokers), restaurants, residential and commercial construction, day care centers, group homes, salons and spas, hotels & motels, farms, manufacturing, produce brokers, food processors, plumbing and electrical contractors, and a wide range of retail and wholesale establishments.
Mr. Ronchetti's primary focus is on consulting and tax services for small to medium sized businesses. Mr. Ronchetti prepares all types of tax returns, and his 30 years of accounting and tax experience provides a strong knowledge base for his individual and business clients. Mr. Ronchetti has developed a strong area of expertise in tax and financial consulting for doctors, dentists, the hotel and motel industry, and the construction industry.
The firm also provides a wide range of accounting and financial services including auditing, financial planning, financial statement preparation, estate planning, investment planning, and business valuation services
Mark also has extensive experience in elder care planning. He has participated in the Serving Aging America Seminar Series, which involved Medicare and Medicaid planning, Medigap and long-term care options, social security planning, the role of family limited partnerships, how to protect client's assets, and strategies for their transfer. As an elder care specialist, Mr. Ronchetti can provide insight and guidance on long-term financial security and on ways to protect client's hard-earned money and life assets.
Mr. Ronchetti is also qualified to service as an expert witness. Mr. Ronchetti, has testified in court on numerous issues such as divorce, business valuation, lost profits, and business buyout issues.
